POM leaders come from various countries, cultures, backgrounds, and walks of life, yet we are united by one faith, one calling, and one passion—to reach people for Jesus Christ and make His name known.

Each of us has a unique story. We have experienced different struggles, victories, failures, seasons of waiting, and moments of restoration. Yet in the midst of our different journeys, we share something in common: we have encountered Jesus. His grace changed us, His love embraced us, His truth transformed us, and His calling gave our lives a greater purpose.

We believe that ministry is not about building our own names, gaining recognition, or seeking positions and titles. Our ultimate goal is to bring glory to the name of Jesus Christ—and no one else. Whatever gifts, talents, opportunities, and platforms God has entrusted to us are simply instruments through which we can point others back to Him.

We are not perfect people presenting ourselves as examples of perfection. Rather, our lives are living testimonies of God’s perfect goodness and faithfulness. Every answered prayer, every restored life, every trial we have survived, and every door God has opened reminds us that His grace has carried us farther than our own strength ever could.

Though distance and national borders may separate us, Christ unites us. We are one family with one mission: to love people, proclaim the Gospel, strengthen believers, reach the lost, restore the broken, and lead people into a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.

We serve because He first served us.
We love because He first loved us.
We reach others because He reached us first.

Different countries. Different stories. Different backgrounds. One faith. One calling. One mission. One Lord—Jesus Christ.

And may everything we accomplish through POM never become a monument to ourselves, but a testimony that declares:

“Look what the Lord has done.”
